About Us

Lakewood Electric Ltd. was formed in 1972 and is owned by four Senior Members with a collective experience of over 110 years in the electrical industry. In 41 years Lakewood Electric Ltd. has expanded its resources and expertise to encompass the full scope of electrical power and control installations, instrumentation, commissioning, as well as project design and turn-key installations in specific industries.

Lakewood Electric Ltd. places safety and health ahead of all other considerations. We believe that safety is not an option, but that it is a necessity and an obligation. It is our obligation as an employer to provide:

• safe tools and equipment
• a safe, healthy work environment for our employees. 

Lakewood Electric Ltd. maintains project quality control by providing fully trained and experienced supervisors and foremen overseeing a skilled work force. This supervision ensures that only the best of accepted trade practices and specified materials will be utilized.

Lakewood Electric Ltd. is professionally affiliated with the BC Electrical Contractors Association and the B.C. Construction Association. Lakewood Electric Ltd. became COR certified in December 2005, and continues to hold that certification.

Lakewood Electric Ltd. is a current contractor-subscriber in good standing with ISNetworld and ComplyWorks.
