Nick Bourassa
President / CEO
Joined Lakewood Electric in 2001.

Nick Bourassa has been working in the commercial and industrial electrical industry since 2000. He joined Lakewood Electric Ltd. in 2001 as an apprentice and completed his apprenticeship in 2004. Nick has spent the last 20 years managing projects in mining, oil and gas, and pulp and paper industries. Nick is an experienced interprovincial electrician as well as a class “A” Field Safety Representative.
Paul Belsham
Operations Manager
Joined Lakewood Electric in 2014.
Paul Belsham has over 20 years of electrical experience. His expertise is in managing mining projects both above and underground. Paul is an expert in high voltage, VFD, and controls.
Al Crowe
Account and Project Manager
Joined Lakewood Electric in 1994.
“A” FSR and Master Electrician.
Al Crowe has been working in the commercial and industrial electrical industry since 1988. He joined Lakewood Electric in 1994, with many years of experience as a service electrician before starting his role as a project manager. Al has comprehensive experience managing projects in the commercial, mining, and pulp and paper industries. He is an experienced interprovincial electrician as well as a class “A” Field Safety Representative & Alberta Master Electrician.
Terry Bonnar
Account and Project Manager
Joined Lakewood Electric in 2010.
With over 20 years of experience, Terry Bonnar is a fiber and communications expert. He has a vast amount of experience managing projects in oil and gas as well as pulp and paper.
Kris Linley
General Manager
Joined Lakewood Electric in 2004.
“A” FSR and Master Electrician.
Kris Linley has over 20 years of electrical experience and specializes in project management in mining and oil and gas. He is a dual-ticketed electrical and instrumentation professional.

Rick Zemlak
Account and Project Manager
Joined Lakewood Electric in 1979.
“A” FSR and Master Electrician.
Rick Zemlak has been working in the commercial and industrial electrical industry since 1979. He has vast knowledge and experience of high voltage electrical. Rick has been estimating and managing projects for most of his professional career. He is an experienced interprovincial electrician as well as a class “A” Field Safety Representative & Master Electrician.
Jerome Lamarre
Business Development / Indigenous Relations
Joined Lakewood Electric in 2017.
Jerome is a proud Métis professional with extensive experience in the industrial and resource sectors. He has worked across mining, oil & gas, and pulp & paper and is currently with Lakewood Electric Ltd. He is known for his hands-on approach, strong connections with First Nations communities, and commitment to advancing Indigenous leadership in industry.
